If you have questions, we have some answers to them here. Our representatives get asked a lot of questions by awesome people calling day in and day out. So, we asked them to provide some of the most common for our site, in hopes of making your fact-finding a little easier. If, perchance, your question has not been answered below, please feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to answer them personally!

What happens if we go overtime on our trip?

If we are able to extend your run (which is typically the case)... You would only be charged the hourly rate we quoted you for that night.

Are we allowed to smoke on the bus?

Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles, we want them to remain fresh and clean for all our customers. If you require a "comfort break" while we are on the road together, simply let your chauffeur know and they will pull over as soon as they are able to.

Are we allowed to drink alcohol?

You may drink both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the bus as long as you are of legal drinking age, and you have to provide your own.

Will you provide alcohol or, other beverages for us?

We may be able to provide drinking water or soft drinks. However, we do not have the ability to provide "adult" beverages since we do not have a liquor license.

Are we allowed to eat on the bus?

Yes! You are more than welcome to eat food on the bus, but try to keep it to no mess foods as many buses might lack the room to facilitate a "sit down dinner" type meal.

Will you travel further for my special event?

While locations of greater than 50 miles may cause additional charges, we are typically happy to go wherever you are whenever we are able to!

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we do require a security deposit to be made by credit card over the phone.
